If you have never been to a Spirit –filled service before, you may discover that the oldest worship on earth is a brand new experience for you. You’ll see people playing the same kind of instruments that the Psalmist used to praise God. You’ll see people clapping their hands and singing, rejoicing aloud in their God just as the ancient Hebrews did.

So if you watch online, or attend in person, expect to take a journey into the ‘ancient’ world of God. It will be like walking straight back into the book of Acts. You’ll see ordinary people filled in the joy, love, and faith of God. Faces will shine; their words will sparkle and dance. Sometimes the holy hush of God will fill the house in solemnity and awesome power. Sometimes the Spirit of God will descend like a dove in gentle peace.

Sometimes the pulpit may seem to thunder with the power of God’s word. Other times it will speak in the still small voice of a whisper. You will see hands lifted in praise towards heaven. You may see shouting and dancing just like Miriam and David of old once did. You will feel the beautiful, visceral presence of the mighty wind of God. It will be as if the skies have opened and it suddenly begins to rain down the glory of God just like it once did for Moses on the Mountain. It will seem the heavens are pouring out light and love, compassion and joy from God above.

Expect to see people standing or kneeling, praying aloud together just like Peter, Matthew, James, John and even Mary the mother of Jesus did on the day of Pentecost when “they were all filled with the Holy Ghost.” Expect to see and feel the presence of the Almighty God. Whatever your needs are we serve and worship the one true and living God, who “is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we are able to ask or think”.

Come as you are, and leave touched, forever changed and blessed by the amazing grace and power of our awesome God who promised to dwell in the praises of His people!
